The Village of Coopersville Folk Art Painting

Yes! It's finally finished. It's really hard to paint when you are feeling under the weather. But, I finished this one tonight and listed it on eBay and I'm ready for bed. I seem to keep coming back to winter scenes. They are so peaceful and so fun to paint.
The picture below shows you the detailing that's partially done on the large Inn.

I will be working on some smaller paintings next. If you have any suggestions, for a painting, please leave a comment and I'll see what I can do.

  1. Hi Catherine,
I was experimenting with my look and now this is me, I am glad that you like it.
I am looking forward to see your sign it will be a great peace of art. Your kitchen must be an interesting place?!
I also like the freshly finished peace; it is great you are so talented.
I don't think that I saw a spring edition of your paintings. Maybe a small spring cottage!!!
Wish you a great weekend, Suzy

  2. Hi Catherine,
As always, love the finished piece! And Callie is just too sweet, you will just have to put a special chair for her to join you and hubby at the counter, but you must! HA! Love it.

Suggestions? Oh my...think Rose and fast, ha! Well...I love the look of "Williamsburg" and for some reason, I adore dentil molding on homes.
