Halloween Folk Art Cross Stitch

Stitches Sew Beautiful just keeps adding more cross stitch patterns of my artwork in her Etsy store.

These Halloween designs are now available if you love to do cross stitch.

She has many beautiful full coverage cross stitch patterns!  They carry several of my designs beside Halloween.
I can't believe summer is almost over and we still have one more camping trip.

Trick or Treat Halloween Cupcake Painting

This new Halloween painting is finished and up for auction on eBay.

Decorate your home for Halloween with this colorful cupcake print. A yellow cupcake is topped with creamy orange butter cream frosting decorated with green piped decorations. A piece of candy corn sits on top of the yummy frosting and a tag attached to the side of the cupcakes says "Boo". Green "Trick or Treat" letters are dripping with orange frosting and a black and white checkerboard border is painted around the scene.

We had our new front door cut to fit yesterday and that's what I'll be painting this week.  It will be great to have a snug door to keep the winter chill out!  My entry looks so inviting with a door propped on saw horses.  Hopefully, once it's finished, I'll get my autumn decorations out.

A Pumpkin Cupcake With Brown Butter Frosting Painting

Hot off my paint table, is this little 4" x 4" cupcake painting that I listed on eBay.

Fall is in the air as well as the aroma of a freshly baked pumpkin cupcake. This autumn delight is topped with brown butter frosting and tucked into a polka dot cupcake liner.

Our son posts funny little comments on Facebook each day and this one really got me tickled yesterday:
"I can't believe how nonchalant the gas station clerk seemed when she told me that, in just a few days, the streets are going to be filled with tiny, little ghosts and goblins."

I've spent part of my day making treats for the little goblin guests that will be visiting tomorrow night.  I only hand out these handmade treats to children that I know personally.  Sorry, but all remaining ghosts and goblins get prepackaged treats.
Are you making special treats for Halloween?

New Halloween Tasty Morsel Cupcake Painting

Check out my new cupcake painting listed on eBay tonight.
Myrtle's hat flew off and landed right on top of this delicious chocolate cupcake topped with purple butter cream frosting and orange sprinkles. The star studded cupcake wrapper is the perfect attire for this tasty Halloween morsel.
A black and white checked ribbon is wrapped around the edges of the canvas and ties in a bow at the top.

I'm on a roll and have been painting away and loving it!  I'm not sure what motivates me.  Maybe the cooler weather?  What motivates you?
