New Porch Pillows

Remember those pillows I kept saying I was going to make with my "tea toweling by the yard" fabric?  Well they're done and they are just the touch I needed to finish off the deck and gazebo.  Click on the photos for a closer view.
The perfect spot to sip a glass of lemonade....
or read a good book.
Yes!  They're reversible....
Which side do you like best?

  1. Both sides are beautiful, but the check really caught my eye.

I love this setting. Looks so cool and comfortable.

  2. I think the red check is stunning - I love the contrast of it against the pretty colour of the chairs. The floral is lovely too though.....
You can use whatever side suits your mood on any given day :)

  4. I love it. I'm a leftover flower child so I have to say floral. I've been wanting to make cushions for outside with rice sacks, what ya think. I just think that's a lot of rice to eat. I'll have to come up with a better solution. It's basmati rice, I don't really cook that, my family is not keen on it, Maybe I'll share with my sisters.

  6. Love the pillows, Cathie. I'd have to say my favorite side is the yellow with flowers.

What a beautiful place to sit with a glass of lemonade.

    Enjoy your weekend!

  9. Hi Catherine,
I love both sides, but I think the checked is my favorite, its RED!.
I'll be right over for ice tea and a visit...(how I wish).
Your garden is so pretty and your flowers are doing so well!. Not to many flowers this summer for us since the plants are still young. We had to redo both the front and back yards..
Have a sweet day, big hugs~Elizabeth~
PS. I enjoy my cupcake painting so much, it brings a smile to my face every day!.....
