Two New Little Folk Art Paintings

When I started my next paintings, I decided that some of my customers might be a little tired of snow scenes after all the winter storms that have been broadcast on the news. I pray that all of you have your power back on and are safe and warm.
You won't be able to go directly to these auctions until the listing begins. Each one is scheduled for a different evening. Once they begin, you can click on my eBay link in the right column to go directly to these auctions.
This little painting is titled "Moonlight in Pilot Grove" and has been scheduled to list on eBay Thursday evening, Dec. 20th. It measures 4 inches x 4 inches.
A brilliant full moon and the lights in the cottage windows reflect in the water where the gentle ripples blur the image. Families have settled in for their evening meal. Moms and Dads read stories to their children and then tuck them into bed. Sleepy heads land on soft pillows waiting for peaceful "Dreams".
This painting measures 6 inches x 6 inches and is scheduled to be listed on eBay Sunday evening, Dec. 23rd. This painting is titled "Moonlight in Cottage Grove".
Vibrant leaves in hues of orange and red with a brilliance only God could create, scatter on the ground and the water like a beautiful mosaic. Smoke drifts from the chimneys and lingers in the air with an earthy fragrance. Lights within the cottages reflect in the lake where the moon has cast her hazy glow.

  2. I use acrylic paint and very tiny brushes. It's fun because it's a
challenge! Thanks for checking out my blog and leaving a comment.
